1. Introduction

4.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active Account at any time. Household or device-sharing does not override this rule — if two individuals in the same household each wish to register, they must each use entirely separate and independently verified personal information. f8beta2 reserves the right to treat multiple accounts originating from the same device, IP address or verified identity as a single account and to apply any applicable sanctions.

4.4 Exclusion of Industry Participants

Employees, agents, consultants and contractors of f8beta2 or its affiliated operators, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold active Accounts or to claim any promotional offers.

5. Account Registration

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and a preferred payment method registered in your name. You agree to keep all such information current and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for safeguarding your login credentials. f8beta2 will never request your password via email, live chat or telephone. Do not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact support immediately at [email protected] using the email address registered to the Account.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

f8beta2 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for account verification, anti-fraud screening and compliance with applicable financial regulations. KYC verification may be required:

• Before processing a first withdrawal;

• When unusual account activity triggers a manual review; or

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Deliberate submission of false, forged or manipulated documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Specifically, you undertake to:

8. Payments and Transactions

8.1 Supported Payment Methods

f8beta2 currently supports MYR-denominated transactions through the following channels, subject to availability and account verification status: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at f8beta2's discretion without prior notice.

8.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount and applicable processing times are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Processing estimates are indicative only and may be affected by bank maintenance, e-wallet limits, transaction-level fraud checks or public holidays.

8.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the f8beta2 Account. KYC verification must be completed before a first withdrawal is approved. 8.4 Currency

9. Bonuses and Promotions

All f8beta2 promotions are subject to specific terms attached to each offer. The general conditions below apply to every promotion unless a specific promotion's terms expressly override them:

• One bonus per offer: Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, per device and per IP address, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirement: Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The multiplier is stated in each offer's terms (e.g., X10, X15, X20).
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots typically contribute 100% of stake value; live table games typically contribute 10–20%; some games are excluded entirely. Always check the contribution table for the specific promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period (typically 7, 14 or 30 days from credit). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: A maximum stake per round or per bet applies while a bonus is active, typically in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500. Placing a bet above this limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from that session.
• Maximum cash-out: Winnings derived from a bonus may be subject to a cash-out cap. The cap is stated in each offer's terms and is typically expressed as a fixed MYR amount or as a multiple of the bonus received.

f8beta2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void any bonus or winnings where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage or any other form of Prohibited Activity.

10. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on f8beta2 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. General betting conditions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed, except where f8beta2's error is demonstrably responsible for an incorrect line or price.
• Results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For football markets including Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League (EPL), the full-time result including added time is used unless expressly stated otherwise.
• UFC and combat-sport markets are settled on the official decision as announced by the sanctioning body or commission at the time of the result.
• Obvious pricing errors — including clearly incorrect odds, mis-keyed lines or technical glitches — will not be honoured. f8beta2 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided if the Platform's real-time feed did not reflect the in-play status accurately at the time of acceptance.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on f8beta2 and may result in account suspension, confiscation of balances and legal referral where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account, whether using your own details or another person's information;
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit odds inconsistencies for guaranteed profit;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a vehicle for money laundering;
• Submitting false, forged or manipulated identity or payment documents during KYC;
• Abusing the promotional system by creating multiple accounts or exploiting welcome-offer terms;
• Attempting to access administrative or back-end systems of the Platform;
• Publishing, sharing or commercialising any Content from the Platform without f8beta2's express written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content published on or accessible through the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, photographs, video, software and code — is owned by or licensed to f8beta2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Malaysia and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sub-license, display or create derivative works from any Content without f8beta2's prior written authorisation.

13. Responsible Gambling

f8beta2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and reducing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must not be used as a financial strategy, income substitute or means of recovering previous losses.

The following tools are available to all registered users and may be activated at any time through the Account settings:

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f8beta2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service or any other commercial loss.

f8beta2's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. f8beta2 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime and third-party payment processing delays are outside f8beta2's direct control.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

f8beta2 may suspend or terminate an Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A User breaches any provision of these Terms;
• A User engages in or is suspected of engaging in Prohibited Activity;
• A User fails to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• A User's Account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity;
• Regulatory requirements or a court order require the Account to be frozen or closed; or
• f8beta2 reasonably suspects that the Account is being used by someone other than the registered holder.

A User who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. On closure, any remaining verified balance after deduction of applicable bonuses will be returned to the User's registered payment method following a final KYC review, normally within 10 business days.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which f8beta2 operates. Users access the Platform voluntarily and accept that disputes will be handled in accordance with the procedures described in these Terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia or elsewhere where necessary to prevent immediate or ongoing harm.

17. Changes to These Terms

f8beta2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address on file, with a reasonable notice period before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor clarifications, typographical corrections and changes required by law or regulatory direction may be implemented immediately. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
